how to learn matlab programming

Iam interested in matlab programming, but iam not geetting the required commands and functions to implement the logic. please provide me best sources to learn matlab programming. Iam working in automotive domain company here all are experts in matlab programming, please help me.

Also if everyone where you work is an expert in Matlab that is another obvious place to learn.

All you need is the documentation and a willingness to experiment though, provided you are given time.
