How to create GUI from a .m script?

Hi all,

I am currently an undergraduate student in Malaysia. My final year project is about launching a system on mass balance and energy balance of distillation column by using MATLAB. This system is looking forward to having a great impact in learning of Separation Processes by undergraduate Chemical Engineering students.

My problem is that I don't know how to create the GUI in my script.... is there anyone can enlighten me on how to start to create a GUI?
