i want measurement of this object and position of it in my image. how can i do it??

You can use image processing. Threshold and call regionprops().

binaryImage = grayImage > someValue;
props = regionprops(binaryImage, 'Area', 'BoundingBox', 'Centroid');

There are other things you can also measure.
