I have this columns names on the Matlab UITable
app.UITable.ColumnName = {'Iteracion'; 'Xl'; 'Xu'; 'Xr'; 'f(Xl)'; 'f(Xr)'; 'f(Xl)*f(Xr)'; 'Ea'};
I create a program to write my function answer in Excel
title = [{'i'}, 'xl', 'f(xl)', 'xu', 'f(xu)', 'xr' ,'f(xr)' ,'Ea' ];
xlswrite('DatosBiseccion1.xlsx',title,'Hoja1','A1');
cell = cell+1;
cell1 = [iter, xl, f(xl), xu , f(xu) , xr, f(xr), Ea];
xlswrite('Biseccion.xlsx',cell1,'Hoja1',strcat('A',int2str(cell)));
Is there any option to modify this code to be used on a Matlab app UITable?

Are you using App Designer or GUIDE, or just creating your GUI manually?
cell is a built in function name, so don't use it as a variable name like you are.
Not sure what you want to do. Do you want to have column headers be the strings you listed but it's not happening either in your GUI or in your Excel workbook? Please clarify. Or do you want to load the cell1 variable into your uitable on your gui like
app.UITable.data = cell1;
