How to get a ROC curve by using the sensitivity and specificity obtained?

I am using the TPR and FRP obtained to plot the graph. Why I get an empty graph for the ROC graph? Please help.

I hate to ask the obvious, but did you check the values of confMat, TPR, and FPR? What did you learn? Tell us so we can tell you why you're not seeing a curve. Or better yet, attach your .mat file and .m file.
