I am using Matlab 2015b. When I write function name e.g. "skew(2)" or "rot2(3)" then MATLAB gives me error "Undefined function or variable 'Skew'." I have checked that "Symbolic Math Toolbox" is already installed. Now what should I do?

Searching for "rot2" in the documentation found no reference to such a function in the Symbolic Math Toolbox documentation, nor was there any reference to a function by that name in any MathWorks product. I even looked at the list of MuPAD functions but couldn't find it.
Can you give us some context -- what makes you think there is a function named rot2 in MATLAB, Symbolic Math Toolbox, or any other MathWorks product?

https://in.mathworks.com/help/robust/ref/skewdec.html - requires ROBUST CONTROL TOOLBOX
FYI , I have symbolic toolbox and it doesn't belong to symbolic math toolbox
>> help skew
skew not found.
Use the Help browser search field to search the documentation, or
type "help help" for help command options, such as help for methods.

You can try installing the Machine Vision Toolbox which could be found here https://petercorke.com/toolboxes/machine-vision-toolbox/
