Can Matlab R2018b use the Kintex7 board from a X310 USRP and, if so, how?

Currently have an X310 USRP with Kintex-7 FPGA (KC7K410T). I also have a model I wish to download to the FPGA. Will MATLAB R2018b support my current FPGA card and what software will I need to purchase to simulate the model using HDL Code, eventually, creating a bitstream for download?
