Hello hye guys.Currently, im doing my research about the orientation of glass fibers. This glass fibers will mix with concrete. The dimension of concrete cubic is 100mm x 100mm x 100mm. I have a problem to create the scrip or code for this case. Here i put all the parameters that needed: Dimension of cubic : 100mm x100m x100mm Length of fiber: 12mm Thickness of fiber: 16micro m
Can somebody create a code for me ? Thank you guys

No, no noe here has any code for that already. Try imgradient() then threshold to get binary blobs. Then use regionprops() on the binary image and ask to measure the orientation property of the blobs.

Thank you for ur feedback sir. Sir, how about if this orientation of glass fibers import to Ansys software? Because i wanna make an analysis about the orientation if fibers into the cubic. My question,is any another way to create the code in matlab without using binary blobs ?

I don't know what the Ansys software is but you can export data from MATLAB in a variety of ways like Excel workbooks, CSV files, text files, or whatever format you want to create.
If you don't identify the fibers (what we call "segment" in the image processing field), then how can you determine the orientation of them? So you need to identify the regions (what we call "blobs" in the image processing field) first. See my Image Segmentation Tutorial Image Analyst's File Exchange
