I want to deploy a Simulink model which has tunable parameters and takes external input to a third-party user whos does not have MATLAB and Simulink installed.

Starting in R2020a, Simulink Compiler enables you to share Simulink simulations as standalone executables. You can build the executables by packaging the compiled Simulink model and the MATLAB code used to set up, run, and analyze a simulation. With Simulink Compiler, you can deploy a model to experiment and tune simulation parameters on systems without MATLAB or Simulink installed. The following example illustrates this workflow:
Furthermore, the simulation can be included in an app that uses MATLAB graphics and UIs designed with MATLAB App Designer. The following example illustrates this workflow:
End users do not need full MATLAB or Simulink installations, they only need to install MATLAB Runtime to run and use the compiled simulation. To install MATLAB Runtime, direct end-users to the following website:

Hello, my current setup is as follows.
I have a tcp_server running.
In the callback of the server, a client connects and sends some simulations inputs and a command to do the simulation of a Simulink model with those inputs, and then receives the outputs of the simulation.
This combination of server and simulink file works reliably but the simulation is a little slow.
So I was wondering if it would be possible to pack both the .m files for the server and the simulink model in a standalone app that would work much faster, but no idea how to do that.
I already checked the Simulink Compiler examples, but don't understand how I can adapt them to my case?
