Hiding text in video

I have a video and i have converted into frames,now i want to hide text in 3 frames ,such as,'hai;,'were you','how are you',in three frames ,randomly choosen,and the randomly choosen frame number in another image,please help,I have seen various lsb replacement algorithm for hiding text in image,but plese tell for video,please assist

Why can't you just do the same thing. One frame of a video is an image. So just do it on that.

ok but how to add the number of frame in an image,how to determine the frame number in which the image is text is hidden
