MATLAB App GUI :: System Stability

I have to Make an app (MATLAB) to identify the signal is stable or not

Criteria :

1. Input 1-Signal for a system- y(t)

2. Button- Stable/Non-stable

3. Plot of signal

4. Display Stable or unstable

I don't know how to start.

System as input from the user as numbers.

Can anyone help me with the same ?

If possible, use App Designer. Do few introductory apps in there and you'll be able to solve this.
