how store multi image in on file ?

i have many x ray images ,i want to save them inone file after preprocessing ,how ican do that?

Rana - consider writing the images to a single tif file. Please see the example at Write Multiple Images to TIFF File.

You can make a multidimensional image and save it to a .mat file if you want.
