Points inside a volume

Hi, I have a 3d image; I can determine the boundary with alphavol code provided in file exchange. Now, I need to make a 3d mask to remove the points outside the boundary. Is anyone has an idea if it is possible?

I was thinking to use some other codes such as INpolyhedron,.. but there is problem in connecting two codes...

I could do it with convHull and pointLocation, but the problem is the boundary provided by ConvHull is not as good as alphavol.
