Find Centroid of a face in a thermal image.

I want to find centroid of a face region of an image. I am uploading a pic so please take a look. PLEASE HELP.

See my Image Segmentation Tutorial: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/25157-image-segmentation-tutorial---blobsdemo-- It finds centroids. You may have to adjust the threshold for your image.
